We discuss what you can do yourself, when help is needed and how you prefer to receive it. The timing and frequency of assistance respect your choices, privacy and the activities you can continue independently.

KEY Support services

Personal care: Help with dressing, hygiene and daily preparation based on assessment. Privacy, methods and preferences are part of the arrangement.

Mobility and assistance: Assessment of help within the home, planned outings and appointments. Rest breaks, fall risk and mobility equipment are considered.

Medication and health follow-up: Reminders, monitoring and records based on the current medication list; coordination of planned nursing observation and appointments. Medication changes require a doctor’s decision.

Mealtime support: Food preferences, dietary needs and any assistance at meals are included in the plan. Changes in appetite and fluid intake are shared with the relevant people.

Social participation: Transport, duration and ways of taking part reflect mobility. Suitable options, from conversation in the garden to local outings, are considered together.

Support times and responsibilities

We discuss when you need reminders, someone to accompany you or physical assistance. Service frequency and timing reflect your routine, helping you, relatives and those delivering services work with the same expectations.

New needs are assessed to identify what can be provided and what needs changing. Service hours and scope are clarified in writing before you decide.

Accommodation and support arrangements

Shared or dedicated villa options are assessed alongside care needs. Stairs, bathrooms, circulation space and suitability for support equipment matter.

Each villa is assessed individually. We share options that make daily life easier and allow the assistance you need to be provided safely.

Keeping authorised relatives informed

With your consent, authorised relatives have a communication plan covering daily adjustment, nutrition, health appointments and significant changes in support needs. When a review is needed, you, your relatives and the relevant professionals participate.
