The questions on your mind.
Who is KEY Fethiye suitable for?
KEY Fethiye assesses people who live independently, need regular help in particular areas or require more comprehensive care. Suitability is not determined by age or country of residence alone: health, daily abilities, preferences and needs that can safely be met are considered together.
I live abroad. Can I enquire?
Yes. People living in Türkiye or abroad can enquire for themselves or someone close to them. Suitable living and support arrangements are identified through an individual assessment. Initial conversations may take place online. Travel, airport reception and settling in are prepared around the chosen living and service arrangements. Language support is coordinated as needed for conversations and healthcare processes.
Am I choosing a villa or a service?
Your home and services are considered together. Suitable villa options are discussed according to your preferred area, needs and budget. How daily assistance will be provided and which services it includes are explained before you decide.
Can I choose shared living or a dedicated villa?
Both are considered alongside preferences, budget, support needs and availability. Shared villa living arrangements or the conditions of a villa dedicated to you are clarified before you decide.
Can couples live together?
Requests are assessed against both people’s needs and suitable villas. Different support needs may require an individual plan for each person. The home and service arrangement are considered together.
How are Active, Support and Care determined?
Daily abilities, health, mobility, nutrition, cognitive needs and expectations are considered together. Active supports greater independence, Support helps in specific areas and Care addresses more intensive daily care and close observation. Exact scope follows the personal plan.
Is a doctor or nurse always in the villa?
After considering your needs and budget, continuous nursing support in the villa can be included in your personal care plan. The times when a nurse will be present, the services to be provided and the fees are agreed during discussions. Doctor visits and follow-up are planned separately according to your health needs.
Can I get support with my medication routine?
Reminders, times, storage, records and administration within professional authority may be assessed. The current list and doctor’s instructions apply. Changes are made only by a doctor’s decision.
Can specific dietary requirements be addressed?
Allergies, diets, chewing or swallowing difficulties, mealtime help and cultural preferences are assessed. A feasible arrangement is clarified with dietetic and clinical recommendations, the home and service conditions.
What does palliative daily living support include?
Comfort, personal care, nutrition and fluid monitoring, symptom observation, clinical coordination and family communication. Suitability is individually assessed. It does not replace advanced hospital intervention, emergency services or intensive care.
What if my health changes?
Your needs are reassessed with the relevant health professionals. The frequency or scope of assistance may change. If current services are no longer sufficient, a different home, care setting or transfer to a health facility is discussed with you and your authorised relatives.
What happens in an emergency?
The personal plan defines emergency contacts, relevant health information and transfer arrangements. Appropriate health services are involved, information is shared and authorised relatives are updated according to the plan. KEY Fethiye is not an emergency service.
How often can my family receive updates?
Frequency follows support needs and the approved communication plan. Significant changes are shared without waiting for routine dates. Consent, privacy and legal representation arrangements govern sharing.
How can I take part in social activities?
You can choose activities according to your interests, health and preferences on the day. Any transport or assistance needed is arranged beforehand. Rest and time for your own interests are also part of the arrangement.
How long can I stay?
Your preferred dates and length of stay are discussed in the first conversation. We agree the duration together according to the selected villa, service arrangements, availability and contract terms.
How are fees determined?
Villa choice, duration, support intensity, service frequency and additional needs are assessed together. Included services and possible extra charges for health services, equipment, transport or other items are explained in the offer and agreement. Your budget is considered when reviewing villa options.
Will my insurance cover the services?
Coverage depends on your policy and the service you wish to use. Check with your insurance provider whether accommodation, daily support and care are covered. Payment and document requirements should also be clarified before you decide.
What information is needed for the first conversation?
In the first conversation, we ask for general information about your health, daily habits and support needs. Health information and documents needed for a detailed assessment are requested at the relevant stage; our team explains which documents are needed and how to share them.
