Your enquiry details
Your details stay on this page until you select “Send enquiry”. They are then processed by the server and emailed to KEY Fethiye’s contact address. Form content is not stored persistently in your browser.
If you choose to open an email draft, your details are passed to the email application on your device. You complete the sending step there. The download option saves your details as a text file on your device.
To prevent duplicate submissions, the server keeps the reference, delivery status and one-way technical hashes for a seven-day processing window; expired entries are removed on subsequent submissions. Form content is not included in that record. A session cookie is used for secure submission. The delivered enquiry is retained in the email system.
Limit the information you share
Do not include identity numbers, medical documents or detailed health information in your first enquiry. If you contact us on someone else’s behalf, respect their privacy and share only what is needed for the conversation.
