Getting to know you
You can enquire for yourself or a relative. We listen to the life you are looking for, your routines and where help would be useful. We discuss your preferred area, villa options and intended dates.
You do not need every document ready or a living model already chosen. We work through your questions and clarify the information needed to identify suitable options, one step at a time.
Assessing needs and appropriate support
Health, medication, mobility, personal care and nutrition are assessed. An online conversation with the person, family and relevant professionals may be arranged. Required information and sharing methods are explained.
An appropriate starting level of Active, Support or Care is identified. Needs that can be met and service limits are discussed openly.
Exploring villa options
Together, we consider villa options suited to your preferences, support needs and budget. Physical features, access, mobility, privacy, communal areas and service delivery are assessed.
You choose from suitable alternatives. Suitability and availability are confirmed separately for the requested period.
Services, fees and conditions
The chosen villa, living option, service frequency, included services and extras are defined in writing. Fees, payments, duration, changes and cancellation conditions are explained before a decision.
Privacy, family communication, health-related consents and emergency arrangements are also addressed at this stage. Before you decide, we answer your questions and review anything that remains unclear.
Travel and airport reception
Arrival details, luggage, medication and equipment are discussed. Airport reception, transfer and settling in are organised. Travel needs are coordinated within the agreed service scope.
If arriving from abroad, insurance, travel and stay requirements need advance consideration. The scope of assistance and responsibilities are clarified separately.
Settling in and reviewing your plan
You are introduced to the villa, services and contact points. Personal belongings, routines and help needed in the first days are reviewed.
Observations and feedback after arrival update the plan. Health, nutrition, social life and support continue to be reassessed over time.
Information needed during assessment
A health summary and current medication list; allergies; mobility equipment or daily assistance needs; dietary preferences; relevant doctor details where applicable; authorised relatives and emergency contacts.
Identity, insurance and other documents are requested at the relevant stage. Use the appropriate sharing method provided rather than the general enquiry form.
